Ta yaya bushewa ya bambanta da asarar nauyi na yau da kullun?

Duk da cewa bushewar jiki ya hada da yin watsi da tarin kitsen mai, ba yadda za a yi ya rikita batun asarar nauyi na yau da kullun. Waɗannan su ne mahimman ra'ayoyi daban-daban.
